Wereldhave

Proud to present our interior design for the renovation project ‘De Krakeling’ that was beautifully restored and transformed by Kodde Architecten.

Our client Wereldhave was keen on doing an office ’their way’, off the beaten track, not the obvious office tower location. They were instantly charmed by the monumental character of this building, built 1888. Originally it was built as a gym, and was later used mostly as a theatre.

Our aim, was to both respect the monumental details and appearance, and the main concept as created by Kodde. The use of such a building as a working environment fits perfectly in our Habitoor concept, which embraces the workspace as part of the living environment, rather than a stacked location outside the city.

Our collaboration with Branding Office Furniture was smooth and swift. Together we selected the furniture and fabrics to create a sense of comfort, invitation, and warmth. A true home away from home for the people of Wereldhave.
